Oracle ACE Directors to Deliver 23ai, Cloud, and Performance Insights Across Nine Cities

This highly anticipated tour, organized by the EMEA Oracle User Group Community (EOUC) in collaboration with KSAOUG, will take place from October 27 to November 18, 2025, with stops in nine cities across Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia. 

The Oracle Community Tour EMEA 2025 promises to be a dynamic and transformative experience, delivering deep technical insights and innovative strategies that empower DBAs, developers, solution architects, and IT leaders to modernize their environments, drive performance, and unlock the full potential of Oracle technologies. 

Sean Scott: Keynotes and Expert Panels Across Nine Cities

As part of this global tour, Sean Scott, Managing Principal Consultant at Viscosity and Oracle ACE Director, will appear in all nine cities. He will deliver keynote sessions in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Utrecht, the Netherlands, and join ACE expert panel discussions in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan; Tashkent, Uzbekistan; and Dushanbe, Tajikistan. Scott’s technical presentations will cover a range of advanced topics, including:
